Delete your data
Send one WhatsApp message and I delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires me to keep.
Effective October 26, 2026
How to ask
- Message me on WhatsApp at +502 3499 4652 from the number you used with me.
- Write: "Please delete my data." If you're writing from a different number, tell me which one you used.
- If you're a customer of a business that hired me, tell me which business.
- If you connected a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account to a Schmidt Scales app, tell me which account.
One request covers data from this site, WhatsApp, payments, and Schmidt Scales apps on Meta and TikTok.
Timeline
- I confirm I got your request within 3 business days.
- I delete your data within 30 days of your request.
- When it's done, I message you with what I deleted and anything the law requires me to keep.
What I delete
- Our WhatsApp conversations and any files you sent.
- Your name, number and email from my contacts and work records.
- If you're a business's customer: your entry on its list and my messages with you. I tell the business you've been removed.
- Anything received about you through the Meta or TikTok apps.
What the law requires me to keep
- Invoices and payment records, for the period Guatemalan tax and commercial law requires.
- Proof that you agreed to a recurring charge, if you had one: 3 years.
- Your phone number on a do-not-contact list, so I never message you again. Only the number.
These are used for nothing else and deleted when the period ends.
Data held by other services
WhatsApp, Recurrente, Meta and TikTok keep their own data under their own policies. I can delete what I hold. For theirs, you can remove an app's access in your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok settings, or contact each service.
